Embodied Constellations is my own ‘brand’ of systemic constellations healing which I founded after completing long-term training in both constellations and shamanism. My training with African Constellations extended from 2015 until 2019, and took me longer to complete as my son was born and raised through this training. My shamanic apprenticeship with Lyn Spirit Eagle completed in early 2021, after eight years of dedicated self-initiation journey practice in soul retrieval.
I combine shamanic rituals into my individual embodied constellation sessions, and my background in yoga, dance and sound all contribute towards my intuitive and embodied feeling or “knowing” what is being revealed through the unseen, knowing field of systemic theory, the web of life which threads through all times, places and people.
